Can anyone explain what "lean muscle" is?


Can anyone explain what "lean muscle" is? So what is the difference between "lean muscle" and "big muscle" .. I do not understand.


Answers:    The lean muscle is the one you use so that you don't plunge when you lean over. lol

Sorry for having to be a perceptive guy. I couldn't help it. I at smallest crack myself up. lol. I did manage to find some info for you on this one though. As far as I know, lean muscle mass is different from conventional muscle mass in the road that the muscle fibres are more densley full than that of normal muscle mass. Lean muscle is clearly defined (as within six pack) under the skin. Here's some more info, I thought might backing:

"Muscle mass is created by lifting heavy weights and correct diet etc, lean muscle is the ripped publication of if with more muscle fibre in the muscle gain by higher rep, lower weights.

Putting on full-size muscle mass is akin to putting large clumps of clay onto a spinning gearstick, lean muscle is what is left once you diet and do glorious rep low weight sets, ie. a nice piece of pottery ;-). Also, it's difficult to put on substantial muscle mass without acquirement some bodyfat, which is why most serious bodybuilders go through (typically) 6 month bulking and ripping (dieting) phases.

And in attendance are more than one type of muscle..."Mr Lean Muscle expert", Cardiac, smooth and skeletal. The skeletal muscles consist of (generally speaking) fast twitching and slow twitching, near Type I, Type II and Type II A fibres.

lean muscle is actually a misnomer, but it really manner to gain the muscle mass without count too much size. also the weight you gain is mostly muscle and not hefty.

there is muscle i.e. "pumped" with river in your system that while looks life-size and nice...it isn't hard to the touch...this is call "water weight" and is across the world what you get when you purloin certain "muscle building" substances..
