Same calories but fatter food still produce cooking oil?

is it healthier or worse if i be to eat around 1.5 calories a day. but the food i put away is different.

say today i ate lasagna which is roughly 1,000 calories and etc.
but the next daylight i ate healthier food resembling fruits, bread, fish, etc which is about 1,000 calories.

is in attendance really a difference between what i eat everyday that change how much i weight? or is it simply the amount of calories?

Answers:    the source of your calories is more important than the calories themselves. a diet of adjectives foods like fruit, fish, fruit & veggies, etc. is best.
its not more or less the calories, it is about the cooking oil intake your eating.

a portion of lasagna and a a bowl of cereal can own the same calories but your getting more stout from the lasagna.

watch the label in the ingeridants and compare every aspect of the values.

and intake one thing next to 1,000 calories is very harmful. thatr would take around 4 hours of running (cardio) to burn off.
