from august-to now ive be exercising alot and lost my upper abs and everything but my pooch (its much smaller than before but not flat). but i havent be eating alot right immediately (1 c skim milk and a little dinner) thats why but if i start ingestion right will come off?(6 meal aday)
Answers: you need to get through a well floating meal, especially if you're exercising, your body go into starvation mode and hoards fat when you're not drinking properly, so instead of losing weight/fat like you want to, it in fact stores.
to loose the pouch in your belly, you inevitability to do do ab strengtening exercises, just the regular situps won't do, cos the work the upper constituent of the abs only. Here are some exercises you can do to tone up ur pouch

crunches
leg raises - pull the wool over your eyes flat on back, beside heels atleast 6mn away from ground, and pull knees surrounded by as far in as possible
pedalling - story on back, legs at 45 level angle and pedal
twist sit ups
do 20 of respectively or to exhaustion.

it should if your ingestion enough! so your body have energy to do what it should do Maybe you should see a doctor if you are unsure what it is. Maybe they can enlighten you what you are doing right or wrong.
Cut down on carbs and eat a elevated protein diet.
