Answers: in good health you still need yoiur veggies and fruits. try to find something you close to. like strawberries - most populace like them. if you can't munch through them them fresh - try smoothies. mix fruit with yogurt. hold veggies in a stir-fry near teryaki sauce (it will cover up the taste rather a bit) try vegetable soups. i hate celery fresh but within a soup it is rather naff so i can eat that bearing.
so i guess that is my answer - try to cover up the predilection if you don't like it. google recipe for kids, usually kids hate veggies so at hand are a lot of recipe out there designed to trick them into consumption veggies. you could try and trick yourself. ;)
