Ok im 21 overweight and enjoy unpromising knees . im on my means of access to losing the solidity but when i bend down my knees crack


and i need to know some exercises or something to do because it hurts and really get on my nerves ...any suggestions?


Answers:    I have unpromising knees too. You should try to work on your joints a bit. Maybe do some plies (if you know ballet), which are a slight knees bend. You keep your subsidise straight, posture aligned, heels together, toes pointing out (but don't force them out. work with what you're comfortable with), and after slowly bend your knees out. This should work your thighs, calves, and the ligaments around the knee. Basically a integral leg workout.
what do u mean by ur knees crack? they break?!
so u cant run or something? if u cant do running i dont know how ur gonna lose shipment I would try running without bending your knees so much. Running is the simply workout that affects your entire body at one time.
Also, I dont know if this is the same entity but I use to have trouble beside my knee joint after playing soccer for four years and my doctor at the time told me to take a magnesium & calcium supplement. I honestly haven't have any problems since taking it. And drink tons of water.

My knees did that for a while. First, they started cracking every time I bent them. Then they started hurting and cracking every time. I get some Osteo Bi-Flex and started taking it. don't start near running. u will ruin your knees and ankles.
