Answers: OK --remember EVERY diet can work.. but if you are not right surrounded by your mind... then you WILL NOT loose the substance properly.. and most likely gain it right put money on REALLY fast...
Cut out ALL breads, and microwave foods.. i read aloud that because think something like it.. most foods that you pop in the microwave are over-processed, fatty foods that are going to turn to heavy in no-time...
Eat most of your foods crude, and eat baked meat.. NOT FRIED!
Stop intake at 7:00 PM each dark..
Sleep is key! Getting proper sleep will cause you feel great respectively day, and more predictable to keep a set mind and stay at your diet!
Exercise AT LEAST 45 min a year, fast walking and jog will be great-- i know you may not be able to at first.. but after I don`t know two weeks u will be able to hurry at a great pace.. you HAVE to build yourself up to these things..

Yeah...apt luck with that one. the most you can probably lose and still be on form is 15 pounds
