Answers: I am a physician who has one-sidedly lost over 80 pounds gained roughly speaking 30 pounds back and immediately have lost give or take a few 20 pounds again.
First, there is no confident way to lose substance AND KEEP IT OFF. If I or anyone knew everyone would be doing it. Second, it is not THAT difficult to lose 10 - 20 pounds within the short term; hence the nouns of all these substance loss books and fads. Most general public can alter what they eat for a couple of months. Invariably stressors arise (weddings, birth of a child, holidays, exams, loss of loved ones, etc..) and we step back to our behind the times ways.
1. Losing 50 pounds by june can be done but would be extremely, extremely difficult. You are looking on average 10 pounds a month. What this means is you hold to lose about 2 pounds / week. If you are a weakly active 30 lb womanly who weighs on average in the region of 200 lbs, you need avout 2200 cal to assert your body weight. To lose 1 pound of chubby, you need to prolong a total calorie deficit of about 3500 calories.
Thus, if you get through only 1000 calories / daytime for 4 months, you possibly could lose 50 pounds. You will, no doubt become really hungry, fatigued, and your body's metabolism will adjust somewhat to decrease it's caloric wants.
2. If you absolutely necessitate to stay in the apartment try going up and down your stairs for at tiniest 30 minutes, walking in place at a energetic pace for at smallest 30 minutes, renting one of those aerobic exercise tapes for at least possible 30 minutes. The basic perception is you need to make at least 30 minutes (preferably 60 minutes) of physical exercise of at smallest moderate effort (you can agree over exercise but its kind of hard). On the other foot I still advocate walking outside and next gradually upgrading to reading light jogging.
3,4,5. This grill is extremely broad. Eat a variety of foods but preserve your calories down. Try to estimate your caloric needs for the morning, and try to maintain a 500 calorie deficit. Then use adjectives sense to decide what to chomp through. Fresh fruits vegetables. Avoiding fried foods. Diet is considered a bad word, but the actuality is YOU HAVE TO MAINTAIN A CALORIC DEFICIT whatever you devour. Call it what it want, you have to ingest not as much of calories than you require. PERIOD.
6. try to begin next to 30 minutes a day on most days. Try to graduate to 60 minutes on most days. Most days technique more than 3 days/week. If you can do every day that's great.
Here's what I would do. I would estimate how oodles calories I need for the year. There are a lot of each day calorie estimators on the web. Then I would pick an exercise that I savour and look up how many calories it burns respectively day.
Most responsible organization recommend maintaining a day by day caloric deficit of 500 calories. If you can do more go for it, but it is extremely difficult.

4. Anything with lots of sugar or wet fats. No rime cream, chips, candy, anything fatty.
5. you have to munch through right AND work-out ; BOTH.
6. At least 3 times a week; I do 6.
Hi explicitly a 3 month period for the 50 pound shipment loss - 13 weeks ie nearly 4 pounds a week. It can be done but is a bit drastic. It is supposed to be better for your health to lose it at partly that speed. However here's how.
Cut out carbohydrates completely. That is bread, rice potatoes, anything with flour within it or starch and sugar. If desperate you can eat corn as it is a vegetable, but better not ANY starch.
Eat lots of lean protein and tons of "free" vegetables ie celery, spinach , asparagus, salad. You can hold some fats grease and vinegar dressing for example, eggs, but not the carbs.
Not much fruit as it has sugar which is a carb. Drink diet drinks, skim milk, tea coffee. No alcohol as it is a carb indigestible thing. I don't chew over you can do it without dieting - or you could try - you'd be running on the spot ALL time EVERY day!
Exercise can be done within your apartment. Watch DVD's of aerobics, run on the spot, buy an exercise book. Fill milk bottles with hose down and use as weights. Do about at most minuscule an hour a day. It is more the diet, and you may grain a bit depleted without the carbs - moral luck!
