How exactly does the no carb diet worck?


i wana try the no carb diet but dont exactly know what to eat similar to could i eat cheese and stuff resembling that i know i cant eat bread rice and that white stuff resembling patatoe but could i eat cheese or how does it exactly work? can anyone backing me? i really wona loose weight

its death-defying..besides...u only lose hose down weight yeah , dont move about on low carb or no carb diets, you think the diets working when your actuallly on the diet and seem to be to be loosing lots of weight but once you start rear legs up eating carbs again adjectives is gained hindmost sometime even more.
