Do you dream up I could lose cargo next to this?
I'm 16 years old, a girl. I'm 178cm/5'11" soaring and I weigh 103 kgs/226 lbs and I want to lose about 25-30kgs/60-70 lbs by June 11th.
So this is my plan. (Diet & Exercise)
Diet.( A Diet-as-you-go plan)
No final plan, but 6 small meal, with no pasta (except together wheat and brown rice, but sometimes, like 2 times every 2 weeks). Lots of eggs. Only Water, no Pop or Juice. lots of fruits and veggies (carrots, broccolli, apple, red, pears. etc.)
Exercise.
About 1 hour a day, hold 1 day simply 15 mins of a week.
I cant do push-ups, but there are those near your knees on the ground, so 30 of those, 50 crunches, 50 sit-ups.15 minutes of dancing around to latino music (my fave)20 jump jacks, and 4 times a week jumping rope. I own that big ball, do exercises on it for 10 minutes. And do weights for in the order of 10-15 minutes. have a 5 minbreak surrounded by around a half hour dot.
Do you think I could lose bulk with this, if so is in that anything else I can do to help it. Thanks

Somewhere in your natural life you have have an imbalance (most habitually we're eating too heaps calories). So... if you eat smaller number AND exercise you WILL lose weight. A apposite rate of weight loss is between 1 and 2 pounds per week... let face it, it took a long time to put it on, it'll lift a while to get it sour... and then there's the keeping it bad. If your diet/exercise has you 500 calories smaller amount per day you'll lose 1 pound every 4 days... this is attainable. Good Luck!

The Exercize is always well-mannered...don;t ever stop that! Eat Veggies and Fruit.No one ever got oil on Carrots, Celery and Apples.
Make sure you maintain nutrition...70 lbs is closely...and it is a lot to save off too (I should know...I haqve lost and gain many times..) I dream up the trick is to think of it as a lifestyle adjustment.,..not a diet...You end diets...you never close a lifestyle change.
PS: Tall Girls are hot...be prepared to disagree off the guys.

You might be able to loose some but I would definitly take more cardio in.especially walking!! Definitly cut out the soda! I hold not had a soda since October and I excersise regularly and hold cut down on the portion sizes and I have lost 25lbs so far.I still put away what I want.just not as much! but definitly bring in the walking...at least possible a mile each light of day! Goodluck!! wow pretty tough task!! mam i suggest you to put away fruits containing FIBRE drink lots of WATER never go for a CRASH DIET because they may furnish a satisfactory result for a consistent amount of time [about 4-5 days] but it results u in doubling ur size beside in a week sleep EARLY stir up EARLY running in morning n evening burns lot of calories remember RUNNING N SKIPPING r the most best* exercises for burning calories. slowly dwindling ur eating content daylight by day but not suddenly... n ending but not the last every morning timings of ur dinner n lunch should me maintained constant it plays an crucial role this will surely help u out for losing ur bulk .. al d best
i think thats a devout work out plan i need to procure in shape my self...the one and only think i would utter is exrcise 3-4 times a week ,dont go over 1500 calories a year or more,dont loose more than 2 pounds per week,dont push ur to a point u know ur tired,make sure u take 8-9 hours of sleep and u wiegh ur self every week and write down what kind of exercise u did every morning. and one more significant thing dont agree to anything or any one tell u u cant do it cuz u can only put ur mind to it n u can do it.i wish u fitting luck!!
