One baked potato avoid sour cream, tally a lot of butter, bacon bits. Try to keep hold of it as close to a plain potato as possible. Or one potato chopped up and roasted with herb is good too.
2)Homemade Hard or Soft Tacos: Use ground turkey instead of ground beef(if you do want to use beef use lean beef), Romaine or Green Leaf Lettuce(healthier than Iceberg), Tomatoes, 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Topped with salsa is you resembling, wrap in preferably corn tortilla (corn is slightly better than flour, but flour is ok) or place surrounded by taco shells.
3)Grilled Hamburgers:Like before use ground turkey except at least lean beef. 5)1 pod of 100 calorie snacks. They come in snacks flavors resembling Oreos.
6)My favorite: a fruit smoothie.
7)Yogurt
8)Small salad
9)Air popped popcorn is actually pretty right for you. Its not until you add the butter and saline that its becomes sickly.
10)Granola bar.
Drinks
