Hair is thinning from stress/ dieting?? How to receive it put a bet on??

I went through a year of extreme stress (separation from husband) and lost over 20 lbs. as I lost my appetite. My coat started thinning after about 6 months of impossible nutrition and stress and has continued to dive out/ break since then. About 3 months ago I contracted to take control of my vivacity and now put away good, workout 5 times a week and nick mult-vitamins. My stress is also close to being underneath control, too.
I see LOTS of shorter strands of all different length where the quill is growing back but I'm still losing like mad. There is no history of female thinning contained by my family and the spine loss is all over my team leader (no balding patterns).
WHat can I do to help my hackle return to it's normal bulk? It's only be 3 months since I've been on a robustness kick, but I don't take in why it's still falling out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Whats probably happened is the still worn out folicles are falling out or the hair explicitly still breaking was tatty by the stress & previous Diet.

You should find it will settle over the next 3 months as the still destabilized hair go and you build up stabilization in the foreign hair growth.

Sill wouldn't hurt to bring back it checked out by your doc and get a nice short down cut so its not as wispy as it grows back.
