Make sure your streatching! but if i be you i would just hang on to doing the same workout. you sould receive used to the workout in roughly a week. if your still getting sore in a week afterwards i would cut back a touch. It just take time to get used to it . Don't stop working out perchance if you are too sore then do an easier workout that daytime. But you should definatley challenge your body because that's how you build serenity. The worst thing you can do is stop next you have to run thru it all over again.
