How much milk should i drink to carry bones stronger?
Answers: you should get around 3 servings or something a day, so you should drink 2 glasses/day and enjoy a yougurt or something. i'm pretty sure cheese counts too, but not sure if it counts as a serving of milk though. yogurt is for sure though
