How much milk should i drink to carry bones stronger?


ok yes maybe a sutpid examine but the thing is im contained by mma and i need to grasp my bones really strong in command to fight and compete. so how much should i drink a afternoon? 1 cup a day? or 2 or what! back me out please! (also i work out my shin, arms and ribs bones the most.)


Answers:    you should get around 3 servings or something a day, so you should drink 2 glasses/day and enjoy a yougurt or something. i'm pretty sure cheese counts too, but not sure if it counts as a serving of milk though. yogurt is for sure though
2 glasses respectively day will do the trick. Once contained by the morning, and once at dinner. Drink up! wel im not sure but u mite wana try the 3-a-day technique and i dont think theres such entity as too much
