Im 15, im 5,6 , and i weigh 160. am i stout?

people read aloud i dont look like i mode 160. they say i look around 130. but i feel adjectives self consious

Answers:    As long as there aren't any "rolls" of flab slack over your belt and you can see your feet when standing you're not obese. Maybe "plump" or "chubby" but not obese.
maybe. The number's big, but if you look okay, then you're probably not overweight. not portly but not skinny either.
Im 15 5'6 and solidity 125 lol You would be considered politely plump. That isn't fat, but isn't skiny close to previously stated. Make sure you don't have a roll of chubby that hangsover your pants when you wear them and if you don't next you good.

By the style im 14 only 5'2'' or 5'3'' and bout 110. doesn't nouns like much but for my hieght it is. I don't look chubby at all and can run quickly, jump high(for my hieght) and play football really resourcefully.
yeah The more important cross-examine is "Are you healthy?" You can be full-bodied at that weight. I apprehend what you mean by man self-conscience but honey, embrace what you got!
i reflect on ure weight is somewhat elevated, but dont worry!! ure a kid!! basically focus on cuttin back on unwanted items foods.dont eat tons of hastily food..moderation and exercise is key You still enjoy your baby curvy.
well you also hold to consider how much muscle you have.
you enjoy to remember that muscle weighs more than curvy...but you could get the weightiness down a little bit
because usually 15 year old girls around the plane are about 125ish so yeah not trying to engineer you feel discouraging if other people infer you look 130 then you are probably fit so yeah in recent times tone up more or w.e.
Well your body mass index-BMI ...is 25.8 which is or they say "over weight" ..one entry I dont like something like the BMI is muscle weighs more later fat ...eg: my husband looks great -in shape..but his BMI states he's overweight... if you call for more info on BMI...just google it...theres tons of sites you can shift on :) Good girl(you didn't say-so I'm guessing)--you are obedient to be aware of yourself..At 15-your body is processing food different than it will begin to when you are 20 and 30..You won't know how to snack on a whole pizza short it showing(I say this because I be skinny at 15--and sometimes DID eat a undamaged pizza for dinner)...But by 30-my weigh had grown-by 45-I be 230.lbs...it creeps up..slowly so you don't realize.

So..you can teach your body to not be as needy-so you DON"T completion up over weight similar to I was..160-is on the rising side of the ascend for your age and height. A party doesn't "MAKE" them self diabetic-but if we are predisposed to it-then what happens is we may munch through those chips and drink pop..but still stay hungry. Type 2 diabetes is one of the biggest reasons weigh go up around this time for young population. You will stop growing..so it has to run somewhere..food is utilized and needed differently.

If you are diabetic-you can hurry it's arrival-by eating things next to starches and sugars..a insulin resistant person can't process the foods-it become fat-and since the food isn't metabolized into energy-that person stays tired and hungry-yet get fat. Literally-starving-while acquirement weight. It's sorta odd-but sometimes Dr's basically don't explain it well satisfactory to us.Or we don't listen...

Eat more veggies. Snack on a banana and an apple. I just reasonably drinking pop and eating chips-I lost 30 lbs right bad the bat in the first month only just doing that. I drink 3 bottles of water a morning...and I'm skinny again. It isn't hard-if you stick to it long enough-the sugar addiction is broken-you honestly don't miss it. You can still have it--but you swot up not to eat as much. We Americans devour too much..we really don't need to.

The certainty that you noticed-is GREAT! I didn't. I didn't have a scale-or mirrors so I didn't know. I thought the lighting at Kohl's be just unpromising. Now I notice a great deal of people who apparently don't own mirrors either..and they adjectives line up at the adjectives you can eat buffet.

Thing is-you are at a point that it wouldn't be as tough for you to be on top of it , as it be for me-I noticed much latter...it was really sturdy..but I did it..and I FEEL so good presently..it's incredible...Do it now--it gets expensive when you own to go from size MS sz 16 to sz 14, to 12,10,8,6, 4 and finally 2..You want to do it now--because you can't purely buy a couple sizes smaller because you don't know when it'll stop and you wouldn't fit into them sooner anyway. So you have to shop surrounded by all the increments of smaller sizes. But immediately ..there are the adjectives the looks guys suddenly started giving me...cool(I assume you're a girl?)It'll happen to you too.

You logically may never be diabetic!...but honestly-what I told you works for every one...if more people did this--there would be a reduced amount of diabetics..I am one--but I don't need to lift pills or shots of insulin for it. I just view what I eat-and check my sugar levels..and go and get my A1C glucose level checked every 4 months at the Dr's..I close to having adjectives my limbs-and don't want to loose them-or have heart trouble similar to other people who hold diabetes! Walking is not over rated! Besides-if you hold an eye on your starches and sugars--you won't have to enjoy as many Dr bill-like I do.

Good Luck, Babe!
