How masses calories should I guzzle per daytime?


I am 153cm..so I assume that is 5'0
I weigh 80 pounds.
I am 15 year elderly.
Yes I am underweight. Plus I have a super skinny stick body. I am working out by doing squats for my legs and lifting weights and doing pushups for my arms.
So how oodles calories should I eat contained by order to fatten up my body and gain counterweight?

yeah my cousin used to be pretty bony, hes been doing the unharmed weights thing and tredmill beside leg weights, with ensure (and breakfast) every morning. hes not acquirement any fat, hes simply bulking up now! a typical person have to eat at tiniest 2000 calories per day.

As small as you are probably 1500 but if you want to put on some solidity quick 2000 would be my suggestion, purely be careful not to draw from fat because it is soooo rugged to get skinny again. Make sure to get through lots of protein and good carbs.
