Food problem... i necessitate your assistance?


Usually I feel sick after consumption a big meal. Especially after I put away meat, pasta, or chicken. At first, it tastes so perfect and I enjoy it. But after some hours I be aware of so bloated and thinking about what I ate make me sick. I am also not a sugar lover. I have a sweet once surrounded by a while, but I just don't devour them much.

Do you recommend me turning vegetarian? I am sure the food will be more buoyant to my stomach. Are there any disadvantages to mortal vegetarian?


Answers:    Why don't you newly have smaller portions?

And if the portions seem to be to small, eat more, smaller meal each year.
