Question in the order of cardio/running/walking?


Today (around lunchtime) I ate 3 muffins, and that's all I plan to enjoy all daytime.
Later I'm probably going to go walking a mile.
& after my friend is wanting me to go to Wal-Mart, we'll probably be walking around a while.
Will I lose any solidity or what?


Answers:    thats NOT healthy. muffins dont assist at all =[
if u wonna lose solidity eat 3 times a hours of daylight but rlly healthy stuff. close to salads and stuff. and than do w/e like run a mile and stuff.
