Am I getting plenty excercise and how tons calories am I burning?
Answers: Heck, unsurprisingly you are. You're getting more than recommended for weight loss, going 7 days a week instead of 3. Of course more excersise wouldn't hurt anyone, merely make sure that you rest every once surrounded by awhile.
Also, you're light for your increase, so I don't want to hear you saying you're corpulent.
My guess is that you are burning several hundred (say, 300-400) calories at the most. Is that enough exercise for you? Perhaps, yes. Perhaps, no. Only you can answer that. Of course, 30 minutes surrounded by the park is nothing extreme. capably you are burning enough calories and do adequate exercise. i don't know how much you are burning. it depends on how much calorie you take within and how hard you are working.
Depending on how long you do it for, probably roughly 400-500 a day.
And it also vary with your speed and stuff. So it can be lower or difficult; but definately higher than 100.
Even so, you honestly don't requirement to exercise, you seem faultless to me... unless its something you love to do similar to myself :]
