How long does it lift a pulled muscle to make well?
I'm thinking I pulled/strained the muscle(s) in my inner thigh. I be stretching after my workout and I think I pulled too far. That be well over a 3 months ago. I wait a week and slowly started stretching, but it still started hurting immediately. I have to take a month past its sell-by date of exercising/working out and have started back--I stretched this morning and it 'screamed' at me only like until that time. I can't properly stretch with this muscle hurting close to it does. Help!
Answers: It could be a pulled groin. If it hurts to walk as very well, more then plausible that's what it is. I would see a doc. Good luck.
there is a hit and miss you pulled the muscle, but if you pulled it, it should of healed by presently. i would wait another week or two and try to stretch out again. if it still contained by pain within is a small chance you tore the muscle which can clutch months to heal...hope that help
