Does the Progresso diet work? And how frequent lbs. do you loose every week?


I want to try the Progresso Soup diet but I want to know from anyone that has tried it, what be your results? About how many pounds can I expect to loose every week or month, near or without exercise, and if you can please explain how to do it. Can I solitary eat those soups or do I own to substitute a meal next to something else, like salads?


Answers:    They enjoy so much sodium and they aren't that healthy. Why not manufacture your own homemade soup and store it in little ziplocs. You can even freeze not here over homemade soup.
you'll lose weight on any variety of soup diet as long as its not creamy. you'll gain it back though. i tried the cabbage soup diet and it be awesome.. until i stopped eating cabbage soup. Dont dream up of it as eating something and losing immensity. Think of it as choosing something that has not as much of calories (energy) rather than something that have more calories. The more calories you consume, the more you have to exercise sour, and if you don't, that is what get stored. If you exercise off more than you thieve in, later your body can use some of the fat i.e. stored. This is how you lose weight. You may or may not own already known that but I have to include it.

Anyway, with this soup, it is massively low in calories, lofty in hose. water is a righteous thing to intake anyway if you want to lower calories. Lowering calories is a course to be able to burn rotten more than you take contained by.
Do not eat extra stuff on the side, the merely way it will work is if you replace something you would own eaten instead. So if you usually put away a slice of pizza, and then you munch through a bowl of soup instead.. then instead of 300 calories you are just getting 100 calories.
