Whey protein as suppertime replacement?


It says to drink it with food and not to use it as a counterbalance loss supplement on the packaging because it "doesnt settle ably." What does this mean?

I'm going for lean muscle. I am already at my just what the doctor ordered weight, but i hold high body plump %.
