u cant dis is what i do and i hav lost 2 pounds in 3days! EXERCISE ATLEAST 1HOUR and doent chomp through more than 1000 calories and drink 8 glases of water a light of day and jus say u ate more than a 1000 calories dw jus burn it rotten
