Can you recomend a apposite diet??
and sorta quickly as possible

Answers: How going on for this:
Breakfast-
Non-sugary cereal with milk.
A yoghurt
Piece of fruit
Snack-
Carrot sticks near hummous
Lunch-
Wholemeal pitta with lettuce, cheese, ham and tomatoes
Snack-
Handfull of nuts and raisons
Dinner-
Lean chicken or fish near potatoes and lots of vegetables.
Also drink at least 8 specs of water throughout the time, and excersize for 30 mins 4 days a week.
I lost tonnes this way.

You might imagine about trying this book call "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds surrounded by 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work.
