What is better for me - Biking or walking?

Which is better for me, biking in the gym for an hour or walking at a honourable pace for an hour?

I know that running/walking can be discouraging for your knees and ankles. I do have issues near my left foot right presently and I do know that I have bleak knees. So given my circumstances, which would be better for me? I want to make sure I procure a good workout whichever road I go.

I also know that biking will in truth help beside my knees, so thats a plus, but I want to make sure that I am going to draw from a good workout.

Answers:    Bike does not impact on the communal
biking would probably be less impact on your knees. to get the cardio/ flabby loss benefitsyou would have to do a fully clad pedal, though- making sure your heart rate gets going. the rule of thumb that I follow is that you should be capable of speak one full sentence at a time. not have a full blown conversations (not working strong enough) but more than one or two words (working too hard).

Have you tried swimming? evenless impact on the joints, but maintain the cardio workout as well as flexability.
walking is the best exercise you can do .i lost 60 kilos by walking alone. no diet make over .as long as the walking is constant. by that i mean not once contained by a blue moon. but regularly
