What's the best road to capture to 100 press ups?


i need to be capable of do 100 press ups in one progress by mid june. What's the best way? should i do 5 sets of 20 for a month, afterwards try 4 x 25 etc eventually 2 x 50 and then 100, or should i do a elevated number, like 20 sets of 5


Answers:    I did the following method a couple of years ago to work up to 100 pressup.

Do as masses pressups as you can (in perfect form) until you cant do any more. Rest for 30 second and do the same again, save repeating this until you hit a total 100 pressups.
Repeat this every couple of days and you will find that you are stopping less and smaller number and soon you will be able to act 100 in one walk.

I would also recommend performing dips in command to strengthen the tricepts, this will help closely with your pressups.
I take out my first time with a condom, I be 16 or so. I went contained by to buy
a packet of condoms at the pharmacy. There was this wonderful woman
assistant behind the counter, and she could see that I be new at it.
She hand me the package and asked if I know how to wear one.

I honestly answered, "No, this is my first time."

So she unwrapped the package, took one out and slipped it over her
thumb. She caution me to make sure it be on tight and secure. I
apparently still looked confused. So she looked adjectives around the store
to see if it was unfilled. It was unfurnished.

"Just a minute," she said, and walked to the door, and locked it.
Taking my mitt, she led me into the vertebrae room, unbuttoned her blouse
and removed it. She unhooked her bra and laid it aside. "Do these
excite you?" she asked. Well, I be so dumb-struck that all I could do
be nod my head. She next said it was time to slip the condom on.
As I be slipping it on, she dropped her skirt, removed her panties
and lay down on a desk. "Well, come on", she said, "We don't have much time."

So I climbed on her. It be so wonderful, that unfortunately, I could
no longer hold hindmost and KAPOW, I was done in a few minutes.

She looked at me with a bit of a frown. "Did you put that condom on?"
she asked. I said, "I sure did," and held up my thumb to show her.

She faint.
Why dont you see how many you can do very soon then set yourself a target to do 5 or 10 more a week until you make 100, that way you can see the progress you own made from maybe single being competent to do 15 then subsequent week being competent to do 25 then individual able to do 40 etc. if you set yourslef a aim to do a few more each week you'll surface like you've come a long mode after only anyone able to do a smaller amount. Just start past its sell-by date with 100. Take as long as you call for to, and break as often as you inevitability to. Try and do that in underneath an hour on the first day, and afterwards a couple of days later try it again, but do it within less time. Just maintain doing that every couple of days in smaller quantity and less time.
