What foods to stay clear of on a lubricant free diet?

other then the marked please could someone give me a document?

Answers:    Saturated fat is what you really want to avoid. The recommended on a daily basis allowance is 70g for women.
Would take forever to catalogue all of them but you apparently know the worst foods like dairy, sweets, crisps, most processed foods..etc.
Foods you can drink would be things like pasta, rice, tomato base sauces and soups, chicken, white fish, fruit and veg. Don't cook with fat or oils. Grill instead of fry.
GLOO Beef
pork
avocado
grease
butter
olives
eel
chocolate
peanut butter
nuts.

I am on a fat free diet so I know
enjoy a good nurture . i suppose your thin anyway Ummmm, foods that don't hold fat contained by them!
Fat free diets will work against your goal of weightiness loss. You should not avoid all fat if you wish to lose mass. Just the opposite. You must INCREASE the amounts of polite fats, along next to the amounts of veggies, fruits, and some fish. Cut back on adjectives things white (white breads, white rice, etc) and most animal fats (butter, milk, muscle meat, etc).

Fats are not the issue. Bad fats are the issue. An example of a angelic fat include:

Extra virgin olive grease
Avocadoes
Salmon (or any other oily fish)

Bad fat are

Butter
Lard
Hydrogenated anything
etc

So, bottom line, to lose substance it is not about solid consumption. It is about calorie consumption. Following a plump free diet is absolutely futile, impossible for your health, and will ultimately build it harder to lose weight.
