What are the confident exercises for reducing potbelly? Specially when you hold cervical spondylosis..?
Answers: A physiotherapist advised me to do roll back:
Sit on the floor with knees bent.
Lean rear as far as you can. Hold for the count of 5.
Start off by doing 10 a morning.
Increase the length of time you hold and the number of roll back until yo do 100 holding for 10 seconds respectively.
Swimming. There are no easy exercises. If it be easy, everyone would be wiry.
I have no view what cervical spondylosis is I'm afraid. But from what i understand something like pot bellies, the best way to achieve rid of them is hard work and sweat. Ideally running, but if your condition prevents you doing impact exercise, psyche recommend either cycling, or possibly one of the various cardio gym machines that wont jerk your spine, or indeed swimming (which is great for all over fitness and muscles co-ordination - but probably lower down the record on fat burning).
The CV work will obtain rid of the fat, and to tone the stomach muscles self recommend a variety of exercises, nearby are countless ones, but you aim should be to train your whole "core" which is bascially a strip of subsurface muscles which support your whole mortal - for e.g many relations do hundreds of crunchies, without training within lower backs or obliques (excuse spelling) by developing the muscles you cant see, it will abet much more than over training the front of your stomach.
A Gym ball is just the thing for doing gentle pay for raises, side raise and sit ups, working all the little supporting muscles that in general get missed out
