Soreness remedies?
I'm a really into sports but I have lift weights in nearly a year, i started fitness class and after a day of working on legs (squats, curls, extensions) where on earth i lifted as much weigh as i could im suuuuper sore... to where on earth its kinda painful to hoof it even... anything i can do to reduce the soreness?
