Is is best to put away breakfast back or after my run?
Answers: wether i'm running (2 miles) or weight lifting, i usually own a bowl of cereal before and after have eggs, another bowl of cereal and oatmeal for breakfast after. it's worked really economically for me.
Before. That way you will hold more energy and you will burn more calories. Depends on your run.
No issue what, if you decide to guzzle before than drink lightly. If you guzzle too much you can make yourself sick.
If you are going on a long run next don't eat in the past. Bring something heavier than water (Gatorade, Powerade) to hold on to yourself energized. If you are going on a light run consequently eat breakfast, but something small.
No concern what try to eat something small after a run (granola tablet, fruit) but not to the point where you gain stern the calories you burned.
