What are some honest lean meat?





Answers:    Salmon, Tuna, Halibut, Chicken Breast, Lean Ground Turkey, Turkey Breast.
Tenderloin pork about 4.1 grams of tubby per 3oz.
Veal Cutlet Top Round about 3.9 heavy per 3oz.
Venison is really lean.. with around 1.6 fat contained by top round steak 3oz and 3.4 for 3oz shoulder roast
Fish
Salmon is about 10.5 per 3oz which is glorious in Omega 3 Fatty Acid
Canned tuna is great near only 2.5 per can for solid white and give or take a few .7 for chunk light
Chicken breast minus skin is about 3 grams per breast depending on how it's cooked. With skin it's almost 7.6 grams
Turkey breast is about .6grams for 3oz minus skin.

and believe it or not---one of the leanest is Emu. And it doesn't fancy too bad.
fish is the best, but you hold to limit it due to chunky metals in the flesh. turkey is subsequent best, then chicken. beef, if you view and get lean cuts. some can be terribly fatty such as brisket. i personally dont devour pork because it is toxic. a pig doesnt sweat and toxins other animals sweat out are held in the flesh of swine. within is a reason God told us not to get through it, but i know not everyone follows the health law as i do. if you eat pork, things such as the loin or lean ham is considered able-bodied. ground turkey is a great substitute for ground beef because it is much leaner. try using turkey in meat loaf, spaghetti, hamburgers, etc. my boyfriend can't even explain to a difference, and it's much better for him. chicken is also lean, as well as a mixture of types of fish.
the best ones are chicken and turkey...u can also buy lean cuts of steak, roast, ham, pork and other meats too...a short time ago look for lean or extra lean...the only meat that u cant find within a lean cut are bacon and things liek heart and liver and crap like that...ur best bets for lean protein is chicken, turkey, and seafood too! chicken is the one i guzzle most. turkey is another good one that have a little more protein than chicken but does not chew as good. fish is a obedient meat. salmon has large, but is a really good source of protein. the plump in salmon is healhty fat though and it has omega 3 fatty acids.
