Get stronger/ build muscle but enjoy losing immensity at one and the same time?


I lift weights unwieldy 2 times a week I feel sore the subsequent day after. the query is... are my muscles getting any bigger or stronger (on a 1200 calorie weight loss diet + cardio (3+)times a week)


Answers:    Trying to diet and build muscle at equal time is really working against yourself. You aren't getting enough calories to nurture the muscles, and you aren't getting enough volume of exercise to burn the curvy. Pick a track and stick to it.

If you build muscle the weight will eventually start to come rotten. If you lose weight later eventually you will be slim enough to start building big muscles.
