after working out, eat foods contain lots of protein similar to eggs, milke, lean beef, lean turky, etc.
because protein is curcial in building muscle.
You could probably look up exercises using free weights and substitute your bookbag, or other household items. If you're simply starting out, canned vegetables are a honest free weight source.
