How long will it filch for me to "tone up"?


I'm petite and slim (female) but I have practically 0 muscle tone. Really light arms and legs, but a tiny bit of a wobbly belly (it's small and not noticable with clothes on but a short time ago slightly podgy). I also eat pretty natural.

All this considered, if I start going to the gym twice a week (maybe with a personal trainer?!) how long will it filch for me to "tone up"? I don't mean become crazily muscley, lately to be generally toned and smaller number wobbly.


Answers:    It's an ongoing process. But when I started, people notice after 2 weeks. I didn't.
