Still getting my team leader round the certainty that you can drop a dress size, by achievement muscle...?


I find it very interesting that when you build muscle, you tone up and can drop a dress size or two, lacking necessarily losing any weight.

What's the biggest difference you've see in lingo of measurements/dress size etc, without necessarily losing any immensity? as a result of gaining muscle/toning up.

Also, how weighty can you be, but at the same time mortal slim? i.e. has anyone ever weigh 12 stone for example, and fitted into a size 8/10? Height has deeply to do with it as ably I suppose.

Any thoughts?

Muscle's dense, you see. A pound of fat and a pound of muscle read impossible to tell apart to a scale, but the muscle take up far less room than the corpulent does. Fat is just...bigger. Fatter. Wobblier. Muscle is small and dense and organised.
i've lost sevearl pant size by gaining muscle and stay indistinguishable weight LOL

a lb of muscle eat up 50 calories everyday
so if you gained 5 lbs of muscle, next you lose 250 calories everyday without doing any exercises LOL
There's a difference between someone individual lets utter 5'6 and 150lbs (soft fat) as opposed to someone man 5'6 and 150lbs (lean muscle)

I went from a size 7 to a size 5 and I'm still 5'6, 130lbs, but I've lost more lubricant and in return gain muscle, which weighs more than portly.
no i cant get my leader around that either! im 10 stone and size 12 but im fairly short so do look rather oil. i personally devise all that BMI stuff is a nouns of rubbish, apparently im obsese! if i lost any more weight psyche be anorexic! its like if i be an inch shorter, then i should surrounded by theory be 2 stone lighter- whats up near that?
strange people im sure they label it all up! Muscle is a denser flesh than oil.

yeah, i'm like peas in a pod as you on this one lol!

I lost loads of fat- shed two inches off my belt queue and still weigh about like peas in a pod by going to the gym and various sports. Muscle is denser than cooking oil so a smaller amount of muscle will weigh similar to a larger amount of fat.

Biggest difference? Toned muscles and my trousers are too big!
one must remember that looking approaching a Russian shot putter is not very appealing to the contrary sex !
