Weight Loss?


So i have gain weight since self on the B/C patch. I stopped taking it and now my mass has stayed alike. HOWEVER, i need to lose some pounds. I own cut my calorie intake making sure i am active and i cant seem to lose anything. I have even cut out adjectives soda! I guess i am just stuck. I thought going on for getting some of the Slim Quick which is supossed to be formulated for a womans body. It is a fat burner. Does anyone hold any suggestions for me? I would like to lose 20-25 more pounds by untimely summer.


Answers:    go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did zilch else!
