Am I bulimic? abet please!?


I am 20, nearly 21 and have other struggled with my bulk and self-esteem, i am not overweight but am at the higher bring to a close of what should be healthy for my largeness ( 12stone 2, 5ft11, size 14) but usually i am 10stone 7 and have put on alot of freight over the last year, anyway i enjoy recentley started to make myself sick after consumption again and haven't done this for a year but when i start i can't stop, i binge on chocolate and bread and then trademark myself sick maybe 15 times a couple of times a daytime, but not every day conceivably 4 days out of the week..i used to do this also when I was a juvenile but stopped and would only do it occasionaly if i feel too full, i keep axiom right i am going to stop this but then find myself contained by the shop buying a load of second-hand goods to binge on and throw up knowing what i am going to do, i tried going to the docs as i am depressed also but i couldn't tell him that, no-one know, i am not sure if this is a problem or not? but i hate the track it controls me

get relieve from your doctor, with ingestion disorders they provide counceling for free, im in my 3rd week,its really wierd talknig in the region of myself to someone face to obverse, but its made me snap out of that state i was within, yes ive still puked alittle since taken the odd laxative, but no mode as bad as earlier, the counceling is helping and my binging has reduced. so i construe that it could help you. its not easy to go and ask for give support to, i tried to for about 4months but kept canceling opointments, but within the end i get help and consistency better for it. get sustain hun

ya repulsive - i hate this topic- making yourself throw up have a lot of consequences. eventually you could suffer severe hunger but also some really gross things! your teeth will start to rot because of all the bitter in your puke [especially for 15 times!] no situation how much you brush them, they will start to decay.

it is very difficult i know. be there. yes i deduce youre definitely bulimic and it have gotten a hold of you cause as you vote, you find yourself suddenly in the shop buying stuff. it is obsessional and totally hard to stop when you are at this point.

what i found is that you own to be so strict with yourself contained by order to stop that module of the cycle. also the cravings are a blood sugar thing so momentous to never starve yourself - always enjoy a food on hand to be precise not binge making to eat a bit of (ie nuts, plain food)
