Answers: Keep your foods low in round, and high surrounded by protein. This will help you gain muscle while not taking within too much excess fat. (A impartial diet should still include some fat, so don't exclude it altogether.) Also, muscles store strength, so as they get larger, you'll find that it's easier to burn away excess round.
It never hurts to do some aerobic exercises like running or cycling as capably to help trim corpulent.
Mix your routine with cardio (burns calories) and weights (builds muscle, which burns more calories). For respectively set of weights do different numbers of reps and weights. You can follow your workouts with a soy-whey protein shake for added solidity loss and muscle building. I add peanut butter and chocolate soymilk (chocolate Almond Breeze) to mine. Arms, Always train Triceps two to three times more than Biceps, it's a larger muscle group. (Always train abs last)
Triceps, Dips, weighted dips, close/narrow grip bench preses, skull cushers (not recommended for beginner), environment width overhand grip pushdowns, Rope pushdowns, and dogmatic grip pushdowns, three to five sets of 6, 8, 10, 12,15 reps. Biceps, Barbell curls, Standing alternating dumbell curls, and standing alernating hammer curls. Abs, situps, crunches, and leg raise, leg raises person most important. Then do 20 to 30 minutes of some sort of cardio, I recommend stationary bike, ( it doesn't break down your growing arm muscles) Good Luck. Always present yourself three months for noticable results.
