I want to loose 30 pounds to hit my target counterweight. Any suggestions?





Answers:    It takes motivation and work. I suggest cardio for calorie burning and weights for muscle building (muscle burns more calories). Cut put money on junk food, disappear portions, and increase water, fiber, fruit, nut, veggie, and lean meat intake. Aim for 8-10 hours of sleep. Avoid stress when possible because cortisol, the stress hormone, is fattening. Follow your workouts beside a soy-whey protein shake for added weight loss and muscle building. Once you make your goal, work on maintain that weight. I hope this help.

go to the gym and receive a tranier, the best stuff is to start of doing like a walking step on a treadmill for a long time, and then start picking up the speed more and more, and next start doing situps every night approaching 25 per night and 25 contained by the morning Don't forget to hit the weights. You need to build muscle surrounded by order to increase your metabolism and reshape your body. The rest is probably pretty measurable - eat thriving and exercise.
