Is it sickly to hasty?


I was wondering if it is weak to fast or fluid fast, within which you consume 0 calories for a day? I did that yesterday, and i have 3 bottles of water, a diet coke, and 2 cups of tea (no milk, 0 calorie sweetner). Is that unpromising? I'm only 13...

Yes it so discouraging at your age you need to be strong not to diet. yes to be precise unhealthy. doing crash diets make you more likely to capture in the need of yo-yo dieting. you cant just lose cargo from fasting and turn back to regular intake and not expect to gain weight. it have to be a lifestyle change--eat healthy foods and exercise. i know its cliche but it is the truth. fast will also slow down your metabolism and when you do lose weight, it'll be 50% muscle and 50% rotund, so you're losing muscle there as in good health.
