Jogging, it's free, tone your body, met citizens, and breath clean nouns if you do it in a safe and sound environment. run/jog/walk and strech 2-3 times per week. 2 days per week do pushups, situps, bodysquats, streches. you can do curls with bricks, rows beside milk jugs (put sand contained by them if water isnt pouring enough), get a sandbag and do some overhead tricep presses, find somewhere to do chinups. do any of these excercises, no gym required bro
Walking is the best course to stay fit. Other choices include jump rope and jog. Do you have stairs available? If so, you can tramp up and down them for a great work out. Mix it up so you do not get bored. You also involve to do some weight training which can be done near resistance bands which are drastically inexpensive. Hand weights are a good inexpensive choice too. Find a friend who wishes to work out with you. This will relief you both to stay motivated. Exercise every day. You put away every day, right?
