Am i exercising without risk?plzz look)?


heya everyone i am 18 years old and womanly, i currently exercise on the treadmill for one hour 5 days per week, plus weight lifting, which i exercsie adjectives the muscles in my body

i used to weigh 139 pounds (9 stone 13) and presently i am 142 pounds ( 10 stone 2), have i put on muscle? and i am heavier but i enjoy lost a jeans size, to size UK size 10.

i eat nearly 1,500 calories a day and devour healthyilt lots of fruit and veg a day plus, meat and things that the body wishes.

now my question are,

im getting heavier but is this me just getting hold of muscle?

am i eating ample?

am i exercising to much?

any tips or advise you want to share?

You 've probably plateaued. Up your calories two days a week lower your cardio to 30-45 min 3 days a week and train next to weights 3 days. The food sounds good, incorporate a cheat meal anything you want once a week. That will trick your body it might help near the plateau. How many meal do you have a daylight? You should have 6 small meal a day. You own to give your body a break from the gym too.
I presume your improving. it depends though, can you erect more wait than you used to?run longer?

You are getting even more fir even though you are getting hold of weight. It is muscles, and you are intake enough. If you are relieved with your substance, and looks, maybe 3 days a week for an hour respectively is better. The more weight-lifting, the stronger and heavier you'll be. You're fine, although you may be over training. Try every other day next to the weights. Getting heavier while dropping a jeans size is almost indubitably due to muscle increase.
