Is it ok to not gain adequate calories?


I did a calorie counter thing, and they utter I don't get adequate calories. So I'm trying to eat more, but it's making me sick. Like, if I drink a whole strong boiled egg, I'll feel similar to I want to vomit.
I have never eat until I was full, because I despicable the feeling. I've other been skinny, should I of late boycott this whole calorie point??

No, calories give you sparkle. Without calories, your cells can't act bodily functions as well Dont verbs about it! If you dont obtain enough calories get through a piece of candy or somthing. You can survive on 1000 calories a day. People lived on the akins diet (like 500 cal a day) and they turned out a short time ago fine : )
well ure suppose to own 2,000 calories a day but i dont because im on a diet You should put away till your satisfied. That's it. If your not overweight consequently don't worry give or take a few it.
Its a bad entry to not consume enough calories. If your skinny, after forget about how masses calories you consume. Don't worry going on for getting fat. yeah, if your not ingestion much and staying the same immensity then hold doing it i guess if you dont want to eat any more. whats happen is your metabolism has slowed down low satisfactory for your body to run more efficiently on smaller quantity calories.
As long as you are getting 1300 calories you should be fine.
