I've hear that doing lunges increases your butt size. So I enjoy 2 question.?


1. if I do 100 lunges everyday for a month, will I see a bigger butt when I look back at hand?
2. Does walking on an incline on a treadmill help also?


Answers:    haha i do tons of lunges and lower body exercises. it probably will trade name ur booty bigger, but its great because u can still have 'back' minus it ebing fat. guys close to me alot because of my 'curvacious body' but my fat percentage is around 16, which isnt particularly high. its adjectives muscle baby!! righteous luck!
Im sure you will. Try to gradually increase counterbalance (maybe with some dumbells) and you should see more results. Stiff leg deadlifts and squats (this get my butt sore, so you know its getting worked out).

Treadmill on incline i would suspect is mainly for calves and quads, not sure nearly glutes.
