Special k diet...?

Answers: I did the special k diet, for 2 weeks. I ate a bowl of cereal in the morning, and surrounded by the afternoon. (I used the serving suggestions, and measured out the cereal & the milk) Between those, I would eat a special k railing for a snack, or a yogurt. Dinner, I would eat anything. I worked out for 20 minutes a day, 4-5 days a week. At the wind up of 2 weeks I had lost 12 pounds. The singular thing is, it get old consumption a bowl of cereal for 2 meals a hours of daylight for 2 whole weeks. But, it's a early fix, if you need to lose a few pounds smartly. Good Luck! oh my gosh...your 12 and worried about shipment?? Wow...I tried the Special K diet...it will work but it's so boring. I really got sick of intake cold cereal 2 times a day and started craving something hot. That's where on earth I went wrong beside it. you are perfectly in shape but if you want to lose weight dont do the special k diet because as soon as you shift off it you will gain the consignment again because you've been taking surrounded by a lot smaller number calories. try a healthier diet and try to cut down on the amount of sugary and greasy food.
