I agree, place within a ziplock baggie, and fill the sink to cover the meat beside room temp water. swarm your sink with hot marine and put the meat in the hose down. Make sure the meat is tightly closed in a plastic pouch so the water doesn't infiltrate the pod.
microwave defrost mode, or place it in a tightly hermetically sealed freezer bag surrounded by a pot of just simmering hose. i prefer the water method, doesn't start cooking the meat. if you own a microwave that defrosts thats your best remedy other wise you could run it below cool water but be highly careful, it also depends what meat it is and size
what do you be determined by unthaw that means to resembling freeze it. if you want to thaw it out put it surrounded by a ziplock back adn but it surrounded by hot water or put it contained by the microwave most microwaves have a defrost setting.look for it
thaw out a piece of meat depends on how many lbs. it is. the more lbs the more time i may obligation to thaw out. I suggest using a combination of the three technique listed, microwave, tub, and running water. (not at like time) but I tend to leave my meat out within the morning before I run to work and then its thaw by the time I come home. ice cold river.
Microwave or cold H20 to defrost it i would put it under hot hot hose down for half an hour
