hi guys, im trying to tone up now ive lost a bit of freight. tummy and upper legs a bit flabby and have the dreaded muffin top. i just this minute injured my back doing sit ups! ive be advised to preserve of the aerobics for 6 weeks. i cant get to the gym (single parent) and shift swimming once a week ( work commitments ). ideally i want to drop a dress size by june as im at my ideal counterweight of 9 stone 7 ibs now. any concept appreciated, thanks
