Answers: Nothing bad is going to occur if you take protein short lifting weights. Your body needs the protein, it's fuel for your muscles. You're still using your muscles while boxing, plus you're getting plenty of aerobic exercise, though it's zilch with high-ranking resistance, but you're still working out.
It's fine to take protein, although there's really no intention. You probably won't gain weight if you're still helpful. Protein contributes 4 calories per gram, so the more you take, the more calories you consume. I would skip it adjectives the time.
