Is this a relatively in shape breakfast?


The past few mornings I've be eating this for breakfast:

a. Hummus next to warm pita bread (wheat)
b. 1 cup of non-fat plain yogurt (Bulgarian yogurt) near a teaspoon of honey mixed in

I've be feeling more active and I find it to be more filling than conventional breakfasts (cereal, bowl of fruit, etc). However, my boyfriend disagrees. Is this a pretty stout breakfast?


Answers:    I think your boyfriend requirements to study up...the things you've been intake for breakfast have protein, which keep you feeling fuller, longer. Especially hummus, which is pureed chickpeas...explicitly not only full of protein, but fiber as all right. Fiber provides us with get-up-and-go, and keeps your blood sugar stratum, because our body cannot digest it. I would say to save eating what you're intake. How you feel physically while trying to lose bulk is important, so listen to your body.
