Answers: I'm 15 years frail, I am in year 11 at dignified school. I live near my mum, dad, brother. I have a puppy. I love food i suppose its fantastic, yet i am solely 49.5kg (oh the greatness of having an young metabolism! lol). I am currently single.and ummm i have brown down..haha what else do you wanna know? :)
mmmm midnight munchies.. so tempting... run for a fruit... wanna hear about my existence? i'm married, with my husband, daughter & mother living near me. It's fab. I had solidity loss surgery so that i could be a better mom, wife, and business woman. i don't recommend it unless your fat adjectives your life... it's an unforced tool to use, but mentally and emotionally it's tough... and now that i'm 5.5 yrs post op. i'm hungry tooo!! but i eliminate to go final to eating total bags of chips, donuts by the box or adjectives pizza...mmmm. now i'm really hungry... how nearly you? hears a road to not overeat.
rate the hungryness on a scale of one to 10
one individual dying of starvation and 10 being full
everytime you attain hungry see your scale.
if your no below 2.5 dont munch through
and ask yourself everytime you feel a have need of
go am i really hungry or am i ust drinking for the sake of it.
