Is Weight Watchers beside exercise essential?


I'm 15, about 5'8 and weigh around 135 pounds. I've be doing Weight Watchers for a few weeks so I can lose five to ten pounds. If I'm eating the minimum of my points (19) and NOT exercising will I still lose the freight?


Answers:    You can lose weight if you transport your shoes off. Your consignment may drop by 10 pounds, but your body fat may be matching or slightly lower. The changes wont be eternal.

Just keep within mind that the more lean muscle you have, the more capably your body will burn calories, even when sitting still.

Do some resitance training and that will speed up the process. With diets, unfortunately, change are not permanent because you did nought for speeding up your metabolism.
Exercising will help surrounded by conjunction with any diet!!
